The theme of this Symposium is &quot;</span><strong><span class="style3">Polytechnic Education - Moving into a New Era.&quot; </span> </strong> <span class="style3">Along with this symposium a souvenir magazine was also published. This magazine was distributed to all ASU members and guests who attended the Symposium. New members may obtain a copy of this magazine at the ASU office on a first come first serve basis, till we run out of stock. </span></span> </p> <p class="style1">Highlights of the Symposium are as follows: </p> <blockquote> <p class="style1"> Speech by the Guest of Honour, Mr. Lim Swee Say, Secretary General, NTUC and Minister, Prime Minister Office, </p> <p class="style1">Distinguished speakers speaking on the various spectrum of polytechnic education were:</p> <blockquote> <p><span class="style1">Mr. Ng Cher Pong.
